Kuro struggled but got out from under the horse. He snarled and grabbed Nero's back leg. He bit down, then grabbed at her rib cage.

Kuro snarled angrily. He grabbed Nero's throat and rammed his body into a support beam. He stepped back from the dog and staggered slightly. The moon was releasing its grip from him. He growled again and rushed out through the back entrance, moving into the woods.
