Kuro comes confused

Kuro walked through the valley at the foot of the mountain. He didn't want to see his sisters, but he didn't want to go back to the hospital either. He didn't know what was wrong with him, but he continued moving through the grass. Clouds began forming overhead, then it began drizzling lightly. He stopped and layed on his side in the field. Mud clung to his fur and muzzle, but he ignored it and stared blankly ahead, his eyes empty and hollow.

Leah trots silently behind him with low pants. Her silver pelt gleaming.

Kuro stayed laying, his eyes staring straight with a blank look. His ear turned back slightly as Leah approached, but he showed no sign of hearing her.

What's wrong Uncle Kuro? She asked

Kuro blinked slowly. I don't know why I should contniue living...

Your kids and mate? She answered.

Kuro narrowed his eyes slightly. Yeah...they're still here......but... He cringed slightly as the rain began pouring.

Jasmine ran and looked at Kuro. She shifted tto her normal self. "Im sorry Kuro."

Leah looked at her mother.

Kuro glanced back dully, the rain stinging his eyes. He didn't say anything, he simply gave her a glzed stare.

"Kuro! Come on! You know me when my anger rises!" She said in a sad tone. "Im sorry I yelled at you."

Kuro flopped his head back down, then closed his eyes quietly.

Jasmine shifted then walked over to him. Why are you acting like this way?

Kuro watched a drop land on a blade of grass in front of him. I don't know why I should live. I have Kina, and pups...but....

Continue...She said quietly.

Kuro inhaled a little and let it out slowly. I've lived only for my family...that was my whole reason for existing.....

And...? She murmerd.

Kuro narrowed his eyes to slits. If neither of my sisters want me, then I see no reason to stay...

"Ugh Kuro, you know we love you." She said and nuzzled him. "Your acting like a fool, right now."

Kuro looked away from her, barely feeling her nuzzle. Yeah, I suppose I am...

Kuro sighed a little, his pelt suddenly feeling heavy again as the rain contniued coming down. He layed there, then closed his eyes slightly. I need rest..

"Not here." She murmered.

Kuro glanced back at her with one eye, tilting his head a little. I'll sleep where I want to.. He wrinkled his nose slightly.

Ugh, your so stubborn! She growled. Im staying She said and moved away from him and curled herself around Leah.

Kuro listened as she walked away from him, but he stayed where he was. He huffed and looked forward again, then closed his eyes as the rain soaked his pelt.
