Ragnarok smiled slightly at Freya, but then he looked at Nolan silently. His eyes turned from their usual red to a cold blue. "Yes. I can do that," he said.

Ragnarok nodded quietly, staring straight at Nolan. "When a life is brought back, the balance of the mortal world is thrown into chaos. And thus, to restore that balance, there must also be a loss of life," he said.

Ragnarok looked at him quietly. "So be it. Though, I can tell you that as Gods and Goddesses, just as we can choose who to bring back, we can also choose who we kill to bring back that life," he told him. "If I wanted, I could put to rest someone who yearns for it, not with a want but for necessity."

OOC: it means like strives for. he meant like, he wouldnt take a suicidal maniac's life just cuz he wanted to die. but he would take, say and old man with heart problems who was in constant pain...
