i ran through the halls of the asylum naked, i was loving the odd looks everyone gave me. i was laughing hard because i wasnt even a patient there

A small white wolf, with green tipped fur, ears, and paws, strolled through the hallway. Her ears were larger than normal, and she was smaller than others. She was an Elf Wolf. Her ears pricked up at the sound of someone approaching. Instantly Emerald, sat down and poked out her tongue, trying to look like a discolored dog, which seemed to be abundant in these areas.

Emmy barked, as if to say something, the play bowed, wagging her tail.

She stopped, and cocked her head, looking up at the human. Suddenly she leapt to her feet and spun around in circles, trying to catch her tail.

"Nor I a mutt," she told the bird telepathically. Once she can tell a shape shifter from a normal human, she communicates through telepathy- in her wolf form anyway.

She morphed quickly into a human, with elf-like ears. Long blonde hair fell down to her tailbone, and she boasted beautiful green eyes.

"As a human, I am Emily," she told the bird, holding out her hand for Eden to land on.

"But as a creature, I'm known as Emerald."

Before Eden could perch, she whipped her head around, morphing into an elf wolf. Emmy's ears swivled, picking up the faintest sounds of and eagle. She could heaur it's feathers rustling, and the sounds of it's breathing.

We're not alone! she barked to Eden, a slight growl escaping her throat. She scrabled on the smooth floor, taking off down the halls. She rounded the corner, sliding on the floor, and saw the large bird. She barked trice, then growled, tail between her legs, and ears back.

This bird was sufficiantly larger than she, and had talons ready to slice.

Em barked at the snake, hackles raised. She watched as she turned human then growled at her.

Well, she growled telepathically, you just insulted yourself unless you're quite gender confused.
